Since our products are handmade and natural and prepared with care, we only offer a return or exchange in the following cases: 1 - if the product arrives damaged or broken. 2 - if there is an error in the order from our side. 3 - if there is a clear manufacturing defect. And it must be: • Notified within 24 hours of receiving the order. • Sending a clear picture of the product. • The product is unused and unopened. The return does not include: • Soap and fragrances after opening. • Handmade products after use. • Change of mind or dislike.
